My Story

Amanda, Unfiltered was born from a simple realization: life after 40 looks a whole lot different than I imagined, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise. Between motherhood, divorce, rebuilding my life, and figuring out who I am in this next chapter, I've learned that starting over isn't always pretty, but it can be pretty damn empowering.

I created this space for women who are navigating their own messy, beautiful, complicated lives. The women who are learning to put themselves first, finding their confidence again, laughing at the ridiculousness of getting older, and realizing that life doesn't come with an expiration date. Around here, we talk about the hard stuff, celebrate the little wins, embrace a little sarcasm, and refuse to apologize for becoming exactly who we want to be.

And because I believe life after 40 should include a little fun, a little self-care, and occasionally a completely unnecessary Amazon purchase, I also share my favorite finds, honest product reviews, and things that make everyday life a little easier.
